These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beautiful Teachers, a website managed by Elona Pearl that connects customers with online teachers for one-on-one classes.

1. The service

We match customers with teachers for live, online classes billed at $5 per hour. To start, you select a teacher and contact us on WhatsApp so we can introduce you.

2. Bookings and payment

Classes are paid per hour at $5/hr. Payment details are arranged directly through WhatsApp before the class begins. You are responsible for paying for any class you book.

3. Your conduct

You agree to treat teachers with respect at all times. Harassment, abusive behavior, or any unlawful conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it before booking.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Beautiful Teachers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautiful Teachers is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
