Refund Policy

Classes are billed at $5 per hour. We want every student to feel confident about their purchase.

Cancellations

You can cancel a scheduled class up to 12 hours before it begins for a full refund.

Unsatisfactory class

If you are not satisfied with your first class with a new teacher, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp and we will refund that hour or match you with another teacher — your choice.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
